  • Erifol-H Tablet is a combination medicine used in the treatment of schizophrenia (a mental disorder in which a person develops unreal thoughts and behavior)
  • It alters the thoughts and elevates the mood, improving the person’s ability to think, feel and behave
  • Erifol-H Tablet also helps by improving muscle control and reducing the stiffness of the muscle
  • It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day
  • Take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body
  • Take Erifol-H Tablet in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it
  • Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better
  • It is important that this medication is not stopped suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
  • Some common side effects of this medicine include nausea, constipation, dryness in mouth, sedation, abnormal heart rhythm, urinary retention, blurred vision, and nervousness
  • Initially, this medicine may cause a sudden drop in blood pressure when you change positions, rise slowly if you have been sitting or lying down

Liver: CAUTION: Erifol-H Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Erifol-H Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Kidney: CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: There is limited information available on the use of Erifol-H Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.^Patients with kidney disease should be closely monitored by a doctor while taking this medicine.
Driving: UNSAFE: Erifol-H Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.^Erifol-H Tablet can cause blurring of vision, dizziness, mild nausea, and mental confusion in some cases. This may affect your ability to drive.
Breast feeding: CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Erifol-H Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.^If Erifol-H Tablet is used, monitor the baby for excessive sleepiness.
