You may take it with or without food but it is better to take it at a fixed time

Kidney:	CAUTION: Acimalone 1 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Acimalone 1 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.^Use of Acimalone 1 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Driving:	SAFE: Acimalone 1 Tablet does not usually affect your ability to drive.
