Description

Bifosa 70 Tablet is used to prevent or treat weakening of the bones (osteoporosis), caused by menopause or use of steroids), and treat Paget's disease of the bone
This medicine helps regulate bone remodeling by reducing bone turnover
It also alleviate bone pain, reduce fractures, and improve bone density.Bifosa 70 Tablet is best taken without food
You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor
Taking it at the same time every day will help you to remember to take it
Do not stop taking it until you have finished, even when you feel better
It may take several days to get the full benefit of this drug
Bifosa 70 Tablet is only part of a program of treatment that may also include changes to your diet and taking calcium and vitamin supplements.
The most common side effects include headache, musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, indigestion, heartburn, and diarrhea

Driving:	UNSAFE: Bifosa 70 Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.^Bifosa 70 Tablet is not expected to have any effects but in rare cases, it may cause dizziness, severe muscle, joint and bone pain and eye pain or inflammation. This may affect your ability to drive.
Breast feeding:	SAFE IF PRESCRIBED: Bifosa 70 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.^If you are taking Bifosa 70 Tablet during breastfeeding, monitor baby's blood calcium levels during the first two months.
Pregnency:	CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Bifosa 70 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
