  • Azoff Roz Syrup is given to children to treat the symptoms of acute diarrhea and dysentery caused due to bacterial infections
  • It kills the diarrhea-causing microorganism, restores the level of water and electrolytes, and reduces the symptoms, severity, and duration of illness
  • Give Azoff Roz Syrup to your child orally either before or after food
  • For best results, you must also keep giving ORS (oral rehydration solution) throughout the day
  • Usually, Azoff Roz Syrup is prescribed two times a day, once in the morning and once at bedtime
  • However, this dose may vary depending upon your child’s symptoms, body weight, and age
  • So, adhere to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor
  • Repeat the dose if your child vomits within 30 minutes of the intake of Azoff Roz Syrup

  • Azoff Roz Syrup reduces the excessive secretion of water and electrolytes and helps replenish the lost fluids and salts
  • It also helps treat loose stools and prevents abdominal distension or flatulence
  • Encourage your child to drink plenty of fluids while taking it to stay hydrated
  • Your child may start to feel better after getting treated for a few days to a week
  • However, do not extend the course or stop the medicine by yourself without consulting your child’s doctor
  • This may lead to the recurrence of symptoms
  • In Treatment of Dysentery Dysentery or amoebic dysentery is a parasitic infection of the intestines that occurs mostly due to intake of contaminated food or water

  • Azoff Roz Syrup helps to treat this infection by killing the infection causing parasites
