• Your doctor may advise regular monitoring of serum bicarbonate levels while you are taking this medicine.

• Missing doses may trigger a seizure
• In Lennox–Gastaut syndrome Lennox-Gastaut syndrome (LGS) is a rare but severe form of epilepsy that usually starts in early childhood

Missed Doses

If you miss a dose of Topivar 25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
