Description

  • Pronet Syrup treats allergic and short-term common cold symptoms like runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, skin rash, and itching in children
  • It also helps treat nausea, and vomiting caused after surgery or due to motion sickness (travel sickness)
  • When given post-surgery, it makes your child sleepy and relaxed, helping the pain-relieving medicines work better
  • Give Pronet Syrup to your child by mouth either before or after food
  • If your child develops stomach upset, give it preferably after food
  • The usual prescribed frequency is two to four times a day but may vary as per your child’s condition
  • For motion sickness, give Pronet Syrup 30 to 60 minutes before travel whereas to prevent vomiting post-surgery, you may need to give it a night before the surgical procedure or just before the surgery and may need to continue it afterward as directed.
  • If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking this medicine, give the same dose again
  • However, never repeat the dose if the next scheduled dose is near
  • Your child may start to feel better within a few days of regular dosing
  • However, you must continue giving the medicine to your child to finish the complete prescribed course as stopping it abruptly may worsen your child’s condition.
  • Some of the minor and temporary side effects that your child may experience while taking Pronet Syrup include dry mouth, blurring of vision, drowsiness, dizziness, and constipation
