Monit 20 Tablet is used to prevent heart-related chest pain (angina)
It works by relaxing and widening blood vessels so blood can flow more easily to the heart
This medicine will not treat an angina attack that has already begun
Monit 20 Tablet may be taken with or without food
Your doctor will decide the dose and how often you should take them

Kidney:	SAFE IF PRESCRIBED: Monit 20 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Monit 20 Tablet is recommended.^However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease.
Driving:	UNSAFE: Monit 20 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Breast feeding:	CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Information regarding the use of Monit 20 Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor.
Pregnency:	CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Monit 20 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Alcohol:	UNSAFE: Consuming alcohol while taking Monit 20 Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction).
