Description

Mannitol 20% Infusion is a medicine used in the treatment of acute renal (kidney) failure, cerebral edema (accumulation of excessive fluid in the brain) and to reduce the pressure inside the eyes in a condition called glaucoma
Mannitol 20% Infusion works by removing excess water and also relieves inflammation in the affected areas
It may be used alone or in combination with other medicines
It is administered as an injection under the supervision of a medical professional and should not be self administered
