Description

Ivnex 5gm Infusion is used to strengthen the body's natural immune system to lower the risk of infection in persons with weakened immune system
It is made from healthy human blood that has a high level of certain defensive substances (antibodies), which help fight infections
Ivnex 5gm Infusion has been shown to be effective in preventing infections in bone marrow transplant patients more than 20 years of age in the first 100 days post-transplant
It is used in the treatment of patients where antibody-forming capacity is severely impaired thereby subjecting them to a greater risk of infections
Ivnex 5gm Infusion gives you antibodies that your body is not making on its own so you can fight infections
Both children and adults can have this therapy
It is administered as an injection
Your doctor will monitor you for some time after the administration of Ivnex 5gm Infusion to check for any side effects.Ivnex 5gm Infusion may sometimes cause side effects like jnjection site reactions such as swelling, redness, pain, induration, itching, bruising, and rash and flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk),

Liver:	SAFE IF PRESCRIBED: Ivnex 5gm Infusion is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Ivnex 5gm Infusion may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
Kidney:	CAUTION: Ivnex 5gm Infusion should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Ivnex 5gm Infusion may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Driving:	UNSAFE: Ivnex 5gm Infusion may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.^You may experience side effects (for example dizziness or nausea) during Ivnex 5gm Infusion that might affect the ability to drive.
Breast feeding:	CAUTION: Ivnex 5gm Infusion should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body.

Uses of Ivnex 5gm Infusion

In Immunoglobulins deficiency Ivnex 5gm Infusion strengthens or boost the immune system and lower the risk of infection in persons with a weakened immune system
It works by producing antibodies against foreign substances thereby fighting against infection
It is also used to increase the blood count (platelets) in persons with a certain blood disorder (idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura-ITP)
This helps stop bleeding and promote the formation of blood clots.
