Description

Hytrin 1 Tablet belongs to a class of medicines called alpha-blocker
It is used to treat high blood pressure and lower your risk of having a heart attack or stroke
It may also be used to treat mild enlargement of the prostate gland in men (benign prostatic hyperplasia)
Hytrin 1 Tablet may be prescribed alone or in combination with other medicines
It can be taken with or without food
The dose will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine

You need to Use this Hytrin 1 Tablet regularly to get the most benefit from it so keep taking it even if you feel well
High blood pressure does not usually have symptoms

Cautions

Kidney:	SAFE IF PRESCRIBED: Hytrin 1 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Hytrin 1 Tablet is recommended.
Driving:	UNSAFE: Hytrin 1 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Breast feeding:	CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Hytrin 1 Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.
Pregnency:	CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR: Hytrin 1 Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby.
