Description

Grandred S Injection is an iron replacement product
It is used to treat a type of anemia in which the number of red blood cells is less due to a low level of iron in your body (iron-deficiency anemia)
Iron is needed to produce the red blood cells that carry oxygen around your body
Grandred S Injection is generally given by a doctor or a nurse
You will be watched carefully to make sure you do not have an allergic reaction
The dose and duration will depend on the cause and severity of your anemia
It is advisable to eat iron-rich foods such as meat, eggs, raisins, broccoli and lentils along with taking Grandred S Injection
The most common side effects include vomiting, nausea, dark-colored stools, constipation, and diarrhea
